This banquet is for all Marching Band, Color Guard and Spring Band students and their family members. The evening will include a covered dish (potluck) dinner, awards ceremony and a fun-filled slideshow. Food categories are assigned by the first letter of your student's last name (see list below). Please plan for about 20 servings of the item you are bringing. Attendance will vary, but in the past we have planned to feed about 275 folks.
If you will not be able to attend, please let Tanya Parks know, so that we can plan accordingly.

If bringing rolls, please bring 2 dozen. If bringing loaves (i.e. French bread), please bring about 4 loaves.
If bringing sodas, please bring at least 4 or 5 2-liter drinks.
This banquet will also serve as our last official booster meeting for the 2013-2014 school year. There are a few business items that we need to address to finish out the year. We will be voting on the nominees for next year's officers and committee chairs, the 2014-2015 budget, and some proposed changes to the current bylaws. You may also review the proposed 2015 fiscal year budget. If you have any questions, please contact one of the officers. If everyone has had a chance to review the items ahead of time, the business portion of Thursday's meeting should be quick and painless, and we can move on to the fun and festivities!
