Students should put orders in the black box outside of Mr. Fordham's office (in the band room). Use a sealed envelope to include order forms with checks (NO CASH). Make checks payable to North Davidson Band Boosters. The student's name should be written on the outside of the envelope.

Books ordered by this date will be ready for pick up in the band room on Tuesday, Sept 17th from 7pm to 8pm.

If you are unable to participate, please return the sample book in its original condition. If you keep the sample book, you are responsible for paying for it!
