First Alliance Church @ 7pm.  A representative from Custom Fundraising Solutions will be a guest speaker at our meeting.  He will be sharing the details of our first (and hopefully BEST) fundraiser of the year…. Mattress Sale, Saturday, August 29th. 
 
CFS is going to pay us $5 for every adult that attends the fundraising part of the meeting that night.  If we have 100 adults….the band gets $500.  If we have 200 adults…. $1,000 (FREE MONEY)….just to attend a short meeting!  It can’t get any easier than this!
 
We can’t do this without YOUR HELP!  I am challenging all of you to find someone to bring with you to the meeting…. parents, guardians, grand parents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, friends.  Our bands has tons of supporters…. so lets fill the room that night as if it were a band concert. 
 
The fundraising part should only last about 20 minutes and then we will hold our parent meeting (as we have a lot of information to share with you). The folks that come with you are welcome to stay or they can leave after the fundraising part.
 
If we can make the Mattress Sale a huge success we won’t have to have 8-10 other fundraisers this year, like we’ve had to do in the past.  But, it won’t happen if you all don’t help spread the word.
