The ND Jazz Band, Brassmas and Saxmas groups have been invited to play at the Birthday Banquet at First Baptist Church, Lexington.

This is a unique banquet to celebrate the birthdays of everyone in the church.  FBC would like to invite parents, friends and family of the musicians to join them at the banquet.  A reservation is required.  Cost of the meal is $8/adults, $6 kids 12& under (with a chicken tender option for the meal).  There is a $25 family limit (meaning families will pay no more than $25 to eat.)

The banquet begins at 5:45 pm. Entertainment is from 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm.  Band members will be served their meal at 5:30 pm.  Cost of the band member meals will be covered by the church and the church will make a donation to the band for their participation. The band table will be set up at the back of the room. 

If you would like to attend I need to know by January 17th (NO EXCEPTIONS).  I will also need the money for your meal by January 19th.  The church must have a headcount to plan for the meal.  This is a huge event for the church.
