Shirts are $25 each and can be ordered below. Online orders will incur a 2.9% + $2 processing fee. Printable order forms are also available here, and these can be turned in to any Band Booster Board member and can be paid with cash or check made out to “North Davidson Band Boosters.”
HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your shirts.
Enter the quantity you would like for each size below. Show shirts are $25 each.
2. Check your total.
Your Online Payment Total will automatically calculate based on the number of shirts ordered and the applicable online processing fee.
3. Submit your order.
Click SUBMIT T-SHIRT ORDER at the bottom of this form. Please submit the order form before making your payment.
4. Pay online.
After submitting your order, click the PAY FOR T-SHIRTS link. On the payment page, enter the exact “Online Payment Total” shown on this order form.
Example: If your Online Payment Total is $79.30, enter $79.30 on the payment page. You will need to click “change amount.”
IMPORTANT: Your order is not complete until both the T-shirt order form and online payment have been submitted.
Show shirts are $25 each. The online total includes the 2.9% + $2.00 processing fee.
